What is a Family Life Group?
A Family life group is all of the families within the church with children living at home that meet on a regular basis who share similar interests, are at a similar stage in life or have experience in certain areas.
Jonathan Kornegay and his wife, Sarah, are currently serving as the Family Pastors.
They were first called to CFPC in 2007 where they have assisted in serving the church through various areas of ministry while they have built a family of their own. They are the parents of 5 children: Micah, LilyAna, Isaiah, Liza and, Ezrah.

The Kornegay family firmly believes that if Jesus is rooted at the center of a family, the fruit of that seed can and will continue to grow throughout not only the life of the parent(s) but the lives of the children.
They desire to create an environment where all families know where they belong in God’s kingdom and that He will never leave or forsake them! these two are ready to walk alongside other families to help support them throughout their journey and service within the kingdom.
